About who we are

Bradley and Dwayne would like to
welcome you to Pridesphynx.
We
are a CFA/TICA
Registered Cattery
located in Michigan,
about an hour North
of Detroit.
Breeding and Showing
is a Hobby of ours
and we enjoy it.
Pridesphynx is
striving towards the
betterment of the
Breed as a whole.
Pridesphynx kittens
receive a health
exam and are
vaccinated by a
licensed
Veterinarian as well
as all Adults. This
is to insure that
all Adults and
Kittens are healthy
and receiving the
proper care. All
Kittens are Altered
prior to placement
and do not leave
Pridesphynx till
they are 14-16 weeks
of age.
Our Cattery,
cats/kittens are
registered with CFA/TICA.
Working with
Champion & Grand
Champion Lines,
having a main
concern on breeding
for health, type and
quality,
not quantity.
The
quality of Sphynx
that Pridesphynx is
able to provide is
very important. With
special attention
being taken to
assure the quality
of each individual
kitten and the
integrity of the
breed itself. Our
cats/kittens are
apart of our family,
and we treat them as
such.
Pridesphynx Kittens
are raised
"underfoot",
Our kittens/cats
are never caged.
Mothers and kittens
are kept in their
own separate room
till the kittens are
old enough to get
around safely on
their own at which
time they are
introduced to the
Big Guys, and are
able to interact
with the adults
running and leaping
about the House.
Pridesphynx males
also have their own
separate room if
needed, we are
fortunate enough
that our males do
not Spray and this
gives them the
opportunity to
utilize the House
with the others.
Kittens are handled
from birth, to
insure kittens are
handled and
introduced to others
so they do not
become indifferent
or afraid of being
handled. Kittens
(when of age) and
Adults make weekly
trips to the Nursing
Home for some
diverse
socialization and
handling. Residents
at the Nursing Home
look forward to
seeing them and
holding them.
With Pridesphynx
being a small
cattery, having 2-3
litters per year, we
do have a waiting
list at times and we
would ask all
interested Adoptive
Parents to please
fill out our
Adoption
Questionnair
so we are able to
best place our
kittens that are
available into the
appropriate homes.
